As a singleton with no children, I was a reading whiz. I would pick up a book and read it in a few days time. Now, I am lucky to even make it to the bookstore, let alone browse any section other than the children’s literature. I mean, I love The Very Hungry Caterpillar and If You Give a Moose a Muffin just as much as the next person, but sometimes I’d like to read something with a little more substance. You know, something that isn’t written in verse and without illustrations.

Welcome, one and all!

I'm so pumped that you made your way here! Welcome to Freckleberry Finds! We are excited to bring you reviews, giveaways, and blogs about parenting. I'm a pretty "moderate" mom, in that I love to use bits and pieces of great parenting philosophies from both ends of the spectrum. Here's a little bit about my growing family:

That handsome fella up there is my wonderful husband of four and a half years. This is us on our latest trip to Walt Disney World. We left the kids at home with my mom and went to the Happiest Place on Earth--by ourselves! He's a super-smart computer mastermind by trade, and I stay home with our kiddos. Oh them? Yes, on to the kids!


I'm mom to two wonderful kids, Emma, age 3, and Micah, age 1. We're expecting our third child, Maisy Jean, due in May! So as you can see, I've got a house full of kids ready to test products and let YOU know how awesome they are. We even give 'em away when we can!
